What is Warehouse?
Warehouse derives from French language to our language as antrepo. It is a place where products are put and protected. Warehouses are the places founded to be put products overseen by customs. And it has to be suitable according to condition and quality determined in the regulations. Products can stay at warehouses indefinitely only if they are regulated according to customs legislation. And ıt is customs regime which it is not necessary to pay incumbent taxes for the products during this period.
A TYPE WAREHOUSE
It is a kind of general warehouse of which stock recorded by its operator and he or she has to pay customs taxes in case of a flaw in products. (UNGE Nutrient Industry and Trade Limited Liability Company is a kind of A Type Warehouse).
B TYPE WAREHOUSE
It is a kind of warehouse which a user defined by the Custom Law’s 97th proviso’s 1st clause is responsible for products put at the warehouse. And the declaration of the warehouse is given by the operator. The responsibility of the operator is limited. He or she only rents it. Since the stock of the warehouse is not recorded, declaration and documents are controlled by customs.
C TYPE WAREHOUSE
It is a kind of private warehouse of which operator and user is the same person, and he or she is responsible for products taken to warehouses.
D TYPE WAREHOUSE
It is a kind of private warehouse of which operator and user are the same, and it is according to the Custom Law’s 104th proviso’s 3rd clause. Since taxes are calculated the price of a product which is calculated according to day, products put in it can be given to free circulation according to simplified procedure.
E TYPE WAREHOUSE
It is a kind of private warehouse warehouse’s regime provisions are carried out a product even if permit right owner’s storage place is named as warehouse or doesn’t have it. Operator and user is the same person at this warehouse, and it is according to the Custom Law’s 93rd proviso’s 3rd clause.
F TYPE WAREHOUSE
It is a kind of warehouse operated by customs administrators.
